Terms of Use

Below are the Terms of Service (“TOS”) you automatically agree to if you access any DiscussIt website and use the services we offer. If you do not agree with these terms and our Privacy Policy (PP) then please do not access our site(s) or use our services. We reserve the right to change these TOS and PP from time to time and we recommend you regularly check for changes.

License

DiscussIt grants you a limited license to access the DiscussIt website and to use the DiscussIt services in accordance with the terms stated here and any additional guidelines we provide you. These guidelines may be communicated with you via email, postal mail, fax or our website. At this time there is no charge for the usage license but we reserve the right to introduce a chargeable fee in the future whether that be for the existing service or upgrades to the service. This usage license is for personal use and cannot be resold as a product or part of a product for commercial gain without approval by DiscussIt Ltd.

You the user’s Responsibility

Your use of our website and our services are solely your responsibility. Content posted by you and links included by you in postings are solely your responsibility and its accuracy and your rights to publish it are also your responsibility. It may be that information posted by others may cause you personal offence and you accept your only recourse should this occur is to stop using the website and our services.

User-Posted Content

By posting content, you are granting permission to us and others to access and use it in connection with the Services, the Site and otherwise in connection with our business.

You own the copyright of your postings but only in the element of the content in a posting originated by you and does not include material from other sources. DiscussIt reserves the right to remove any posting which is challenged on the grounds of copyright.

Feeds and API

Where DiscussIt uses RSS feeds to and an API to provide access to parts of its site and services and where a user makes use of these features they must do so in a non abusive manor. If DiscussIt deems a user to be doing anything that is detrimental to the integrity of the system they reserve the right to withdraw access to the feeds and API at anytime.

Intellectual Property (Trademarks & Copyrights)

DiscussIt name, logos and designs are owned by DiscussIt Ltd and may not be used without express written permission.

Logos and Trademarks of third party companies that appear on DiscussIt web sites, email and other promotional literature are owned by those companies and permission for their use must be sort and granted by those companies.

No Warranty and Limitation of Liability

DiscussIt provides no warranties either written or implied with the DiscussIt website or services.

Other

These TOS do not in anyway form a partnership, joint venture, agency or any other commercial or non commercial relationship. DiscussIt and yourself remain completely separate entities.

These Terms are governed by English law.
